This is something good to share. As we know, finggers are an important tool to blogger. Let us see how this little and simple exercise can help. This exercise can help to ease stiffness, improve movement in our joints, and even strengthen muscles, as well as helping us get fitter in general. Here are several exercise we can try.
Finger grip and release :
1. Keep your wrist straight and make a tight first.
2. Hold for 5 seconds. Then relax.
3. Spread your fingers as far apart as possible. Hold for 5 seconds.
4. Then relax.
5. Repeat and switch hands.

1. Firmly press your thumb to each fingertip.
2. Next press your thumb to the middle part of each finger, then to the lower part of each finger.
3. Repeat with the other hand.
CAUTION : Keep your wrist straight.
